Systems Not Symptoms
SynerChi has five steps in a thorough and comprehensive evaluation process that assesses the systems of the body, with the goal of understanding dysfunction before it progresses to disease, and balancing systems before the appearance of symptoms. By the time symptoms usually appear, an underlying process has been at work for some time – we seek to understand the process and possibly prevent it’s progression.
We begin with the Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal system analyzing the 3D postural presentation of the body’s structure. This enables us to predict and prevent some improper biomechanical stresses that can lead to pain and postural compensation patterns later in life.
An Interstitial Scan helps evaluate the organs and organ systems of the body to determine the relative function or dysfunction of your physiological processes, attempting to detect trends and risks before illness and disease take hold.
An analysis of the Autonomic Nervous System through Heart Rate Variability helps us understand how you respond to stresses, and how you regulate many of the physical processes in your life. We can estimate how well your system is positioned to heal and recover from stresses and injuries and determine a specific exercise and stress management protocol for you to incorporate into your life and current training regime.
Training the Brain helps us regulate and normalize brain wave patterns that affect everything from mood and personality, to memory and attention, and control physical and mental health. Combining this with ‘Targeted Amino Acid Therapy’, to help with brain chemical deficiencies, can allow you to perform and function optimally in these areas of your life.
Energy Psychology can help identify and remove Limiting Beliefs and negative, destructive emotional and energetic blockages can be released from your system to allow you to more effectively and effortlessly ‘be all you can be’.
All of these steps are designed specifically to help identify problems before they progress to illness or disease, wherever possible. By evaluating the systems that carry out our physical and mental functions, we hope to proactively prevent symptoms from arising. Where symptoms already exist, it is helpful to have a comprehensive approach to examination in order to evaluate the many possible contributing factors.
