How to Choose Your Program
The first thing to realize is that the five step process of the SynerChi System allows for an almost endless number of program possibilities. You simply determine what it is you are really trying to achieve and then compile the individual components from the five steps that will allow you to experience the SynerChi Effect.
The place to start is with an assessment, which will usually comprise the first three steps in the system, providing a wealth of helpful and healthful information that will enable you to determine exactly where you want to go and how best to get there, and to understand where you can have a synergistic overlap of therapies, or where you need to avoid certain activities.
