You can use your thoughts, feelings, emotions, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors, to achieve your greatest desires and design the lifestyle you deserve. Discover and breakthrough the self imposed limitations that are preventing you from being all you can be.

The mental aspect of health and wellness is vital and obviously important in a world where stress is linked to all the major diseases and killers of our day. Mental health must include addressing the programming that conditions and affects our thoughts, emotions, feelings, our attitudes and belief systems, and ultimately our behavior.

Conscious and Subconscious

Our consciousness gathers information through our senses, through forms and ideas, beliefs and judgments, and stores all of this subconsciously as background programs, running, by definition, below our conscious awareness. This subconscious is a non-discriminating, literal, accepting place and must be correctly programmed and coherently entrained to our own higher purpose. It’s very easy to install the wrong programs here, whether through lack of experience as a child or through lack of judgment as an adult.

Ninety-five percent of what we do results from this subconscious programming, and one of the greatest untapped resources on the planet is unfulfilled human potential, an immense force that we can utilize to achieve our greatest desires and design the lifestyle we deserve.

We can use our objective, logical, conscious mind to help sort through the contents of our subconscious, releasing destructive ideas and feelings and replacing them with proactive ideas and positive programming. There are five simple questions that we might ask in order to harness the power of our subconscious and integrate it seamlessly into our lives.

Emotions, Thoughts and Belief Systems

Limiting belief systems are a significant obstacle in realizing our full potential and may prevent us from “being all we can be.” Beyond the realm of the intellect, however, the emotional aspect of our lives provides us with color and quality, emotional will is what distinguishes us as human beings, and Emotional Intelligence has proven to be the factor that separates good executives from great executives and star performers in the business world.

The business and advertising worlds are showing us that there can no longer be in any doubt that emotions are important areas of our lives, and not simply by products of a logical and technical brain. Most of the PR, marketing and advertising that we are exposed to is aimed directly at our emotional centers, as business knows that as much as we think of ourselves as logical, rational beings, we respond to our deeper emotional drives and instincts.

4 Element Integration

Our mental processes are mediated through chemistry and expressed through our structure and energetic status. The study of body language is built around the understanding that it is the non verbal expression of our physical attitude and the silent expression of our feelings. The mental aspect of health and wellness can often override the influence of the other areas.
